As a result of my participation in legislative matters, I have been forced to reschedule the class set for March 11, the day before Spring Break.
I told my associates that most class members planned to spend the break in the library studying and were anticipating the Friday class as a sort of "pep rally" for that effort. Nevertheless, they insisted I reschedule it. Reclutantly, I agreed.
